• Browse the app freely and explore all features
• Test daily metrics: HRV, resting BPM, cardiac fitness
• Try ranking filters (global, country, city, age, gender)
• Navigate every screen and check for bugs or slowdowns
• Report anything unusual: crashes, UI issues, incorrect data, or confusing flows
• Share general feedback about the experience, speed, clarity, and overall value
